Over time the optical bonding gel used by the manufacturer will begin to break down and spread towards the edges of the screen, leading to loss of touch, air bubbles and/or the gel leaking out of the unit. Our service includes a full clean up of this gel to avoid this issue in the future.
Typical turnaround times for this device are 1-3 days.
In cases where the LCD underneath has been damaged, turnaround time will be determined on parts availability that match your particular device. If on backorder, estimated wait times are 1-2 weeks.
