Depending on the fault(s), a repair may involve replacing certain components, addressing physical damage, recalibrating/cloning software and more.
Our technicians will always begin by reproducing any faults and tracing back the issue to its source. Whenever possible, we will emulate or simulate certain functions of the device or the mother equipment such as a tractor.
What does it cost to repair?
Every repair is different from another but it will generally be more cost effective than an upgrade or replacement.
Our diagnostics service for $250 covers inspection and testing to provide a report or ideally a quote for repair. If your device is unrepairable or you choose not to go ahead with a repair, this is the only fee you’ll be charged.
Where do I send my device?
We receive repairs Australia wide to our workshop in Jindera NSW, either by mail or by drop in.

Do you supply replacements or remanufactured units?
We specialise primarily in repair and refurbishing equipment and so we don’t carry any replacement stock.
In some cases we may be able to assist with sourcing other replacement options than what dealers provide. Contact us here to see if we might be able to help.
